SCB have bid farewell – or perhaps that should be sayonara & au revoir – to two of our student bandsmen. Sam Starling and Ellie Mackereth have been studying at The University of Sheffield for the past 2 years, but they are both now spreading their wings and going further afield for a year: Sam to Tokyo, Japan and Ellie to Lyon, France.
We wish them both well in their year abroad & know that they will have many challenging but enjoyable times there. We look forward to welcoming them back into SCB when they return to Sheffield in September 2014.
